PQMS Prod Portal Page (CDN Preview)

This placeholder page proves the production CDN-backed S3 bucket is serving content through CloudFront.

The following CNAME aliases run through that production distribution:

• pqmsportal.health.nsw.gov.au
• pqms.health.nsw.gov.au
• pqms-api.health.nsw.gov.au

When the admin/patient portals are built, drop the compiled output here, sync to S3, and create a CloudFront invalidation so the new files go live.
